WEST FARMINGTON- Titcomb Mountain ski area’s opening day is now scheduled for Friday, Dec. 28 at 10 a.m.
According to the ski area’s website, six inches to 10 inches of snow is expected between Wednesday night and Friday morning. Currently, there is a 3- to 4-inch base of snow between both natural snow and snow-making efforts. Current conditions are still too thin for safe skiing on Thursday, the site said.
The T-bars are being installed on the No. 2 lift today, and the Pony Lift is also being installed. Everything will be ready to go on Friday morning.
