FARMINGTON – Emma Deans (Gorham, ME) notched a hat trick with Andrea Tyler (Augusta, ME) assisting on each score as the University of Maine at Farmington field hockey team trounced Thomas College 8-0 in non-conference action at Prescott Field on Wednesday.

The Beavers (3-3) are scheduled to return to action this weekend when they travel to Massachusetts to visit Lasell (Saturday) and Simmons (Sunday). The Terriers (1-5) are slated to make the same trip with Simmons on Saturday and Lasell Sunday.
