UMF student-athletes honored

FARMINGTON – Ten University of Maine at Farmington winter and spring student-athletes were recognized for their work in the classroom with North Atlantic Conference All-Academic honors as announced by the conference today.

The 10 recognized student-athletes was the highest total for any institution in the NAC. To be honored, a student-athlete must have reached junior academic standing, have competed a minimum two years in their sports with a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50. The fall student-athletes were honored in February with Farmington placing 15 on the NAC All-Academic Team.
