FARMINGTON – The University of Maine at Farmington women’s volleyball topped Unity College 3-1 (25-13, 25-16, 20-25, 25-16) in non-conference action tonight at Dearborn Gymnasium.

The Beavers (2-4) are scheduled to take on North Atlantic Conference foes Johnson State and Lyndon State at Thomas College Saturday. The Rams dropped to 2-6.

Jenna Rowan (Kittery, ME) led the Beavers with 12 kills, while Amanda Mullane (Melrose, MA) had 10 kills and 12 digs, Shannon Mitchell (Portsmouth, NH) made 14 digs and Katie Allen (Bucksport, ME) had 23 assists.

Valerie Leclerc (Lebanon, CT) notched eight kills and 13 digs for Unity.
