Labor Day Yard Sale

The Farmington Historical Society will host the Annual Labor Day Yard Sale on Saturday September 2nd on the lawn at the Octagon House. The fun will start at 8am sharp-no early birds. We will  run until noon or so. This year we will also have a Treasure Tent, which will have special items not usually found at a yard sale. Bring your wallet, and perhaps a bag to carry home your finds. 25th Annual Apple Pumpkin Festival

Sponsored by the Jay, Livermore, Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce, and other local businesses, the 2023 Apple Pumpkin Festival will feature a variety of vendors and craft artisans, agricultural products, historical and educational displays, seasonal decorations, antique tractors, raffles, and plenty of food all day long! There will be local musicians entertaining throughout the day.

Spruce Mountain Class of 2024 Christmas Craft Fair

The Class of 2024 at Spruce Mountain High School is hosting a Christmas Craft Fair on November 4th, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Where: 33 Community Drive, Jay Maine, in the SMHS gymnasium This craft fair will highlight extremely talented craftsmen, craftswomen, artisans, and local vendors. There will be a Crock-Pot lunch for sale, as well as fresh baked goods, and raffles. ROSE OF LIMA CHRISTMAS FAIR will be held November 18, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at the St. Rose Community Center at 1 Church St in Jay. Turkey pot pie and fish chowder served for lunch and sold throughout the day. At the fair you’ll also find a raffle corner with approximately 75 items, a cookie walk, homemade fudge and candy booth, and more. Proceeds from the fair support Parish Social Ministry which helps people in our community who are struggling and need a helping hand.  Come join us!!
