26th Annual Legendary Rangeley Lakes Loppet March 6, 2021 8:30 AM Rangeley Lakes Trails Center, 524 Saddleback Mtn. Road On the menu are the 25K Burt Kettle Classic, 25K and 50K freestyle races, and a 25K untimed touring! Our 25K loop is nice mix of wide, rolling, straight sections and classic New England Nordic trails that wind through native forestland located at the foot of the majestic Saddleback Mountain. The members of the Farmington Downtown Association will be sponsoring an Easter Coloring contest for children age 10 and under. This traditional coloring contest allows young children to show off their coloring talents that they may have been working on during remote learning times and gives them a chance to win a fun filled Easter basket. Coloring pages may be picked up from participating Downtown businesses starting March 22nd. The completed pages need to be return to Wicked Good Candy at 169 Front Street, Farmington no later than April 3rd at 5:00pm to be entered into the judging for fabulous

Come and pick up your Easter Basket at Fairbanks Union Church (583 Fairbanks Rd). Eggs filled with candy, information about Holy Week and a palm for Palm Sunday. We are doing it drive-through style - you pull up in your car, and we will hand you a basket. We have 100 baskets available to give away.

We hope you can join us on Zoom this year for the annual Good Friday Service on Friday, April 2, 2021, at noon. The service is sponsored by Farmington Area Ecumenical Ministry (FAEM). Pastors, readers and musicians from various local churches will participate. Outdoor Sunrise Service Come join the experience of celebrating Easter morning way up on Sugarloaf. Please arrive early and overdress! It’s always much colder than you think. Bring a headlamp-it will be dark because we are starting a little earlier this year to adjust for CoVid chair loading. Meet at the base of the Super Quad Chair. Lift will load from 5:10-5:15 AM only. No lift ticket required. You must ski/board down. Recommended for people intermediate level or above (trail can be firm and dim that time of morning). Lift may change due to weather.
