Sunday Geocaching at Saddleback Mountain

Geocaching uses GPS and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches" at specific, marked locations. Come drop the kids off for an exciting treasure hunt! Geocaching is a great activity to get outside, explore the Maine woods, and find some cool souvenirs to bring home. Bring your own chair, a sandwich and a plant to swap. Creative desserts are provided by club hostesses. Becky will do a tour of her vegetable and flower gardens, where she uses the “no-dig” method of gardening, as well as her efforts to address invasive and aggressive plants using goats and pigs, particularly multiflora rose and Asiatic bittersweet.
