The following is a listing of early school dismissals and events postponed or canceled due to the forecast of snow:
Tuesday, Dec. 9: The Wilton Town Office will close at 4 pm. today.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: The Mt. Abram Girls Varsity/JV games Against Telstar High School Have been rescheduled for 12/17 Varsity will play at 7 p.m., JV game will not be rescheduled.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: The Farmington Town Office will be closing today at 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: University of Maine at Farmington closes at noon.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: RSU 73 (Livermore, Livermore Falls and Jay) is dismissing students early at 11:30 a.m. today. No pre-k or after school activities on Tuesday.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: RSU 78/Rangeley Lakes Regional School (Dallas Plantation, Magalloway Plantation, Rangeley, Rangeley Plantation and Sandy River Plantation) will dismiss students at noon today.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: The RSU 78 school board meeting scheduled for tonight has been postponed to Tuesday, Dec. 16.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: Tuesday night’s plastic corrosion awareness meeting of the Plastic’s Society of New England to be held at the University of Maine at Farmington has been postponed due to weather. The event will be rescheduled at a time to be announced.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: RSU 9 (Chesterville, Farmington, Industry, New Sharon, New Vineyard, Starks, Temple, Vienna, Wilton, Weld)will be dismissing students early today. Middle school and high school students will be dismissed at 11:30 and elementary students at 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: The Mt. Blue RSD school board meeting scheduled for tonight has been postponed to Tuesday, Dec. 16.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: Due to the impending storm, the Phillips Selectmen’s meeting scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled to Dec. 16 at 6 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: MSAD 58 (Avon, Kingfield, Phillips, Strong) will be dismissing students on the early release schedule today. (11:30 a.m.)
Tuesday, Dec. 9: The regularly scheduled Farmington Board of Selectmen’s meeting for tonight has been postponed to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16.
Tuesday, Dec. 9: We have postponed the “Top Ten Ways to Market Your Business Online” workshop scheduled for this afternoon due to the weather. The workshop with Dream Local Digital will now be taking place on Jan. 15, from noon-2 p.m. in CR 123 at the University of Maine at Farmington.
