JAY – The Jay Police Department have been working this week searching for marijuana in the area and recently found $5,000 worth of the illegal plant this week. Cpl. Jeff Fournier, at right, Detective Richard Caton IV, at left, and Sgt. Troy Young seized marijuana found growing in wooded areas off the Plaisted Road and Route 140 in Jay. The department will continue to search for marijuana plants until the growing season comes to an end. No one has been charged in regards to the marijuana, however, the department is investigating the incidents, said Police Chief Larry White, Sr.
Just think with a little Madoff magic what those plants would be worth in 10yrs, I mean 5k really? You would have to be a Doctor or a Lawyer to afford that.
