Update: Today’s ski free event at Titcomb Mt. postponed

JAN. 27 UPDATE: The Titcomb Mt. ski free event that was scheduled for tonight, Wednesday,  Jan. 27 is being postponed until an evening during the week of Feb. 8. This event is being sponsored by Healthy Community Coalition of Franklin Community Health Network. The event is being rescheduled to allow for improvements in snow conditions after this week’s rain.

The second event is Sunday, Feb. 28 from 9 am to 4 pm. This event is sponsored by Franklin Savings Bank.

During both events there will be no charge for a lift ticket or nordic trail pass. Northern Lights Rental Shop is sponsoring discounted equipment rentals. With this discount, ski or snowboard equipment can be rented for just $5. Equipment is limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Come enjoy the slopes and trails of Titcomb Mountain during these free ticket events. Titcomb Mountain offers a variety of terrain for beginners to experts for both downhill and cross-country skiing enthusiasts. Our terrain park, located on the Beagle Trail, offers a variety of features for beginner and intermediate skiers and riders. Our “Pony Lift” handle tow is a great place for beginners and young families.
