The woodcock is so tiny…what is the state limit per day? I would hope they are eaten and not shot just for pleasure. i am pleased to see the responses. Maine in the spring with the last signs of snow and ice in the woods, who needs any other reason to live for as long as possible. My family lost 4 members over the year, OH that they could have seen another spring in Maine.
Casey, I think its a 3 per day limit. Also they are fine eating so I doubt anyone would just shoot for pleasure.
