(UPDATE: Already, we’ve got a winner! Although the majority were correct in guessing this is at the Farmington Fairgrounds, MD was most precise with “a tie-up ring at the Farmington Fairgrounds.” So much for trying to be difficult. Thanks everyone for playing.)
Apparently, according to a few emails we’ve received, our “Where in…?” series is too easy. Fine.

I was gonna guess the farmers union.
That is likely lead paint that is flaking. The fairgrounds should be closed immediately and we should allocate millions to decide what to do. What would Baldacci do?
