Lively spot on Main Street Tuesday night as the Mt. Blue Jazz Band plays.

FARMINGTON – Karen Beacham leads the Mt. Blue Jazz Band in a performance in Wicked Gelato, Tuesday night. Wicked Gelato Owner Robert Condon said that he is trying to line up a variety of musical performances and readings through the winter, as a way to fight “cabin fever.”

Other November offerings include the Storyteller’s Guild on Nov. 18 ( from 7:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m), Nigel’s Thornberry on Nov. 19 (from 8 p.m. until 9 p.m.) and the Curtain Raisers on Nov. 22 (from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m.).

The cafe, which serves soups and sandwiches in addition to the Italian-style ice cream, is open til 10.
