FARMINGTON – Maureen Goudreau (right), Franklin Community Health Network foundation director, accepts a donation of more than 40 afghans, quilts, shawls, and blankets to be distributed to patients at Franklin Memorial Hospital who would find them comforting. They were presented to Goudreau by Vicki Godin Noel on behalf of the University of Maine at Farmington employees and students, as well as the community-at-large.
This is just so heartwarming! More than 40 of them, wow! how generous.
