FBLA member Elizabeth LeClair delivers warm winter jackets to the Coats for Kids collection. Members of the Mt. Blue High School Future Business Leaders of America have been actively fundraising for their spring convention and doing good deeds while they were at it. Community service activities for the group have included providing both a Thanksgiving and Christmas basket of food and goods for a local family, collecting coats for kids, and writing cards to the veterans at Togus. Members of the local chapter have also spent time with area elementary school kids celebrating holidays and teaching them about safety. Upcoming events include “Kid’s Night Out” and the annual MBHS boys basketball team vs. high school teachers game. Stay tuned for more information! (Photo courtesy of Jenna Pederson)
