Ernest C. Bubar (1956-2011)

FARMINGTON – Ernest C. Bubar, 55, of New Sharon passed away Friday, July 1, 2011, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington after an accident that occurred at Sandy River Farm where he worked.

Ernie was born May 28, 1956, to Wendall and Marjorie Bubar. Ernie is survived by his wife Maureen Bubar of 17 years and their six children, seven grandchildren, more than 19 nieces and nephews, his sister Anna Wilber, his brother Roger and his wife Laurie Bubar, his brother Dennis and his wife Nancy Bubar, his brother David and his wife Laura Bubar, his brother Steven and his wife Debbie Bubar, his very special long-time friend James Wilber, and many other friends and family.

Ernie cherished his life and loved his family very much. He enjoyed family gatherings, singing, laughing, hunting, fishing, walks, and motorcycle rides. Anything that had to do with the great outdoors Ernie enjoyed doing with the company of his family and friends. Ernie was an exceptionally hard working, honest man with a gentle soul. He will missed but never forgotten.

A graveside service will be held at the Village Cemetery in St. Albans on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 11 a.m. Arrangements under the care of Adams~McFarlane Funeral & Cremation Services, 108 Court St., Farmington. Those wishing may send condolences for the family at www.adamsmcfarlane.com
