Mary L. Ohrenberger (1929 – 2010)

LEWISTON – Mary L. Ohrenberger, 80, of Wilton, passed Tuesday morning, April 20, 2010 at Central Maine Medical Center, Lewiston.

She was born Sept. 28, 1929, in Portsmouth, NH, the daughter of James and Elsie (Tilton) Forsythe. She was a 1947 graduate of Portland high School and for many years was employed as a resident activity director for the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in West Roxbury, MA. She returned to her beloved home state of Maine and enjoyed living closer to her daughter and grandchildren. She volunteered for Seniors Plus, the Water and Soil Conservation and the Farmington Court House.

She will be remembered as the best mom, grandmother and friend that anyone could hope for.

She is survived by her daughter Kathrine Marsh of Wilton; her special friend, who was like a daughter to her, Ginger Trinkler of East Wilton; three grandchildren; Samantha Marsh, Thomas Marsh, Jr. and Jenifer Marsh, all of Wilton; a son-in-law, Timmy Marsh of Blackstone, Massachuseetts and the father of her grandchildren; Thomas Marsh, Sr. of Dorchester, Massachusetts. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, James Forsythe.

    i know we didnt get to talk alot twards the end, and im sorry. im sorry i wasnt around or always there to talk but i always loved you like a grandson should you were always there to help me no matter what even if i was in the wrong and for that i am greatful. i just wish i had made to the time to have are last goodbye…im so sorry Nana

    i guess its true what they say you never kno what you got till it gone..
