I write today in support of my good friend, State Representative Lance Harvell. He has served with distinction in the Maine House of Representatives and is truly committed to public service. The residents of Farmington and Industry are very fortunate to have Lance representing their interests at the Capitol. His leadership has provided these communities with an experienced, compassionate and influential voice.
Simply stated, Lance Harvell is a lawmaker who knows how to get things done. His background of dealing with rural communities coupled with his position on the Legislature’s State and Local Government Committee set him apart from others at the State House. Although he does not rise to speak very often in the House Chamber, our colleagues know that when his light does go on, it is time to listen. He is very articulate and amazes everyone with his constitutional knowledge.
Representative Harvell continues to be a tremendous asset not only for the citizens in his legislative district but also for the entire State of Maine.
