Letter to the Editor: Woloson has the commitment

1 min read

On Nov. 2 we have an important choice to make for State Senate. We need strong leadership and someone who is ready to hit the ground running to address the pressing issues so many of us are concerned about.

Ann Woloson has been active in our communities, listening to people and knows first hand our concerns about jobs, health care and our schools.

Ann helped create the Maine Dental Access Coalition, to improve access to oral healthcare throughout Maine. She was selected to serve on the Community Advisory Committee to advise the creation of the Maine Health Access Foundation, and most recently served on the Commission to Study the Future of Primary Care in Maine, where she represented the interest of health care consumers.

Ann was selected to serve as a representative for the Maine Senate Majority on the Governor’s Health Access Team and previously served on Maine’s Dual Diagnosis task force to improve care for people suffering from both mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.

This shows me that Ann Woloson has the commitment, dedication and leadership skills that we need to move Maine forward. Please join with me to vote for Ann Woloson on Nov. 2.

  1. Kris,

If we need strong leadership and someone who is ready to hit the ground running to address the pressing issues so many of us are concerned about. Wouldn’t we vote for Tom? Hasn’t he served in the House for the last 8 years and hasn’t he been the Environmental Manager at the Andro Mill for the last 20 years? Because of the time he spends out and about in District 18, isn’t acutely aware of the issues that are concerning so many of us? I don’t know Kris, I think you just made a strong point for us to vote for Tom on November 2.

    Cheers
