NORWALK, Conn. – The 1st annual USAPA Atlantic Regionals Pickleball Tournament 2015 was held on June 28-29 at Infinity Tennis and Fitness in Norwalk, Connecticut.
The tournament drew Pickleball players from 20 states and four regions: Atlantic, South Atlantic, Mid-Atlantic, and Mid-West Atlantic. The tournament hosted Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles Brackets for Players ranging 19 through 75 , Open Brackets with top elite players from all 4 Regions. The tournament director was USAPA CT Ambassador, Janice Pauly.
Maine took the highest number of medals with 40 of the 120 medals. The next highest number of medals went to host state Connecticut with 30 medals, 23 medals to New York, and 14 medals to New Jersey.

Triple Medalists include Ambassador Milad Bozorgnia (Jay), Regional Director Rocky Clark (Portland), Anthony Fazio (Oxford, Conn.), Leeanna LaVoie (Jay), Rudy Meredith (Madison, Conn.), and Paul Miller (Woburn, Mass.).
The next Annual USAPA Atlantic Regionals Pickleball Tournament 2016 venue location is to be determined.
