Morning Flow Class is designed with appropriate asanas (postures) to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. This one-hour class will help prepare you to joyfully tackle pursuits of the day. Robert and Carol Patenaude co-teach the Saturday Morning Flow series. They completed their 500-hour yoga teacher training together. Kids can begin to explore the Maine woods and learn about the amazing ecosystem we have here. This fun activity includes learning about the different plants, bugs, moss, fungi and so much more while fully immersed, at no cost!
