The Art Among Us 2
Emery Community Arts Center at the University of Maine at FarmingtonGold Leaf Senior College at UMF , art exhibit. The exhibit features 29 local artists/Goldleaf members working in acrylics,oils, photography, wood, glass and more. The exhibit will be at the Emery Art Center on the UMF campus. The opening reception will be on June 17th from 5-7PM. and will continue thru July 29th.
Aidan and Greg Boardman – Live Concert
Chesterville Center Union Meeting House 3 Borough Road, ChestervilleTwo generations of Boardman musicians to perform at Chesterville Center Union Meeting House in Chesterville, Maine, Thursday, July 14 at 7 p.m. The concert will feature vocals, guitar, and songwriting by anguid (aidan boardman) and the traditional-style fiddling of his father Greg Boardman. Both musicians will play solo and in combination to present a legacy of family musicianship with deep roots in Maine and beyond. Aidan Boardman has created projects Dreamt and anguid and his studio experience has included innovative solo work as well as frequent guitar support for fellow artists.
