October Biz Fit: Celebrate World Smile Day
via ZOOMCelebrate World Smile Day with the WBC 😊 What puts a smile on your face? Customers? Sourcing or creating wonderful products? Giving great service? How do you make your customers and clients smile? What do they most appreciate? What joy do you bring them? What is a great example of when you’ve turned a frown into a smile (yours or your customer’s)? Let’s share tips, suggestions, examples and make each other smile over a cup of morning coffee or tea. This is an informal space for women to connect, network and learn together about keeping their business, and themselves, fit!

Narrow Gauge Quilters' have started the new "quilt year". Meetings are 2x a month at Phillips Library ~ Next meeting is Oct 21st this week. New and experienced quilters all welcomed!
FocusME: Fall 2022 Cohort
via ZOOMThe CEI Women’s Business Center and the Portland SCORE Chapter are collaborating to host FocusME, a peer group for female entrepreneurs. FocusME is a facilitated peer group that provides a supportive network of other female business owners; a place to work on personal and professional growth, a sense of accountability, and an opportunity to learn from your peers' experiences and expertise. Please note that in order to ensure that the group is filled with businesses that are non-competitive and in similar stages of growth the WBC will make the final recommendation with regards to participation.
