As business owners, we are constantly prioritizing our work and managing our time. This 3-session course is designed to look at how we approach time management, and explore different techniques that will provide us with new ways of thinking about our time, workflow, and prioritization strategies. Our three sessions will involve reviewing and discussing time management frameworks and techniques, experimenting with these techniques, and learning from peers as to what they have found helpful in their experience.
