United Way’s COLOR ME UNITED 5k Walk/Run

The event will be August 27th, 2022. The race will start at 9am with a huge color explosion at the Narrow Gauge Movie Theater parking lot, right off Front Street in Farmington. The race will end there as well. This year will be even more COLORFUL and fun, come dressed as cool or funky as you can, with your team or as an individual. FREE Kids’ Bike Groups
Saddleback Lodge 976 SADDLEBACK RD, Rangeley, ME, United StatesFREE Kid's Bike Groups Thursday afternoons 3-5 p.m. Saddleback's bike trails are located in the South Branch area of the lower mountain. These gradually sloped trails include sections great for beginner riders. This weekly kid's program will work on a progression from flat gravel riding to eventually going down some of our green-level beginner bike park trails. The first few weeks will be spent on gravel, likely a parking lot to work on skills. This program runs from June 2nd through the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. BYOB - Bring Your Own Bike. July 3rd in the Park
On Sunday July 3rd, the park will come to life with activities, food and entertainment for all ages, all provided by our area nonprofit organizations. This will be a true family day packed with fun. Festivities begin at 10:00 AM with the Children’s Doll Carriage Parade on Main Street and the Duck Race on Haley Pond, and go out with a bang as the fireworks get underway at dusk. Geocaching has finally made it to Saddleback Mountain. Geocaching uses GPS and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches" at specific, marked locations.
