Samantha will offer useful movements and stretches to support optimal posture and integrate mind and body, followed by restorative poses to relieve tension and calm the nervous system. This event is free to all! All you'll need is a space to practice yoga, a mat if you have one, and a desire to join female business owners and entrepreneurs from all across the state for an afternoon
