These gradually sloped trails include sections great for beginner riders. This weekly kid's program will work on a progression from flat gravel riding to eventually going down some of our green-level beginner bike park trails. The first few weeks will be spent on gravel, likely a parking lot to work on skills. This program runs from June 2nd through the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. BYOB - Bring Your Own Bike. Rentals are available as well. Riders must

Morning Flow Class is designed with appropriate asanas (postures) to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. This one-hour class will help prepare you to joyfully tackle pursuits of the day.
