PUBLIC TAKE-OUT SUPPER-HARNDEN MASONIC HALL

On Saturday, APRIL 15, 2023, there will be a Public Pickup /Takeout Supper at the Harland M. Harnden Masonic Building, 70 Bryant Road, East Wilton, Maine , from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.  The menu will be Oven Roasted Beef Brisket, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable, Dinner Roll, and Homemade Dessert.  The price will be $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for those under 12.  DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES, HOME DELIVERY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN EITHER WILTON OR FARMINGTON. The presentation, which is free to the public, will be given by retired Professor of Biology, Herb Wilson. Dr. Wilson’s talk will center around the findings presented in the Butterflies of Maine and Maritime Provinces, to be published this fall by the Cornell University Press. 10th Annual Earth Day Volunteer Cleanup

Volunteers of all ages are invited to participate in the 10th annual Farmington Earth Day Cleanup. The cleanup will be held from 1-3pm rain or shine (hopefully shine). Volunteers meet at the Pierce House at 204 Main Street, next to the Post Office, any time between 1 and 3pm. Bags and gloves will be provided. The adorable baby goats will be back this year so everyone can have some time to pet them before they get to work cleaning the streets, parks and paths around Farmington.
