After a 3-year break the Vienna Union Hall will host “Winter Revels” on December 17th. This year’s Revels will be headlined by the return of Randy Judkins aka "Judd the Jester”. Randy has been performing to Maine audiences for many years. He is Chief Entertainment Officer of the Maine Hysterical Society whose mission is “to Preserve, promote and provoke laughter." Randy has appeared in a handful of television commercials and independent films in Maine. The Western Mountains Baptist Church in New Portland, 928 Carrabasett Road (Rt.27) is hosting a "Christmas Eve Eve" service, Friday evening, December 23rd at 6:30pm. Worship leader of WMBC, Brenna Cockerham of Freeman Township will lead a 15 person choir and attendees in a hymn sing, mostly a cappella. Come enjoy a relaxed festive evening celebrating Christmas alongside family, friends and neighbors.
