Plant/Book/Bake Sale
The New Portland Community Library is hosting its yearly plant/book/bake ale on June 10, 9am-1pm. Along with breakfast and lunch treats there will also hotdogs for lunch. Now's the time to stock up on reading material, desserts, and plants for the garden.
SANDY RIVER FESTIVAL — JUNE 10th–Strong, ME
Come to Strong for the Sandy River Festival, a day-long celebration of the natural beauty and rich history of the region. Water access for canoes, kayaks, activities and parking will be at the Legion Field at the bridge. Maine Mountain Chamber Concert – Music from Colby
Nordica Auditorium, Merrill Hall, UMF 224 Main Street, Farmington, ME, United StatesA special concert by Eleven Colby College Music Department members including Lily Funahashi on piano. The concert has been prepared for a September 30th opening of the new Gordon Center for the Creative and Performing Arts. It will be repeated here in Farmington on Sunday, October 1st. They will be playing the Sextet in C Major by Erno Dohnanyi, a new work by Colby composer, Jose Martinez, and one other piece.
